Four of my best friends and I decided to take a road trip to Montreal for the march break. Myself, Amber B, Amber U, Sami and Alyssa all packed our stuff into Alyssa's little car and headed out to Montreal bright and early. We were all singing and dancing and having fun on the car ride up, just being girls. As soon as we arrived we threw our stuff in our rooms, changed our clothes and went out to explore the town right away.
"Come on guys let's go!" I shouted out to all of them.
They were taking way too long to change, seriously how long does it take!
They were finally done changing and we left to see the little town.
They were walking around the town and they saw a cute little restaurant called "S'ex chum".
"Hey guys you know what that kinda sounds like.." I exclaimed
"Kelsey just stop talking." Sami said to her.
And they all just laughed at her.
They went inside the restaurant which turned out to have a very large and lively bar area so they requested a table in that section.
"I'm actually legal here! I'm ordering a drink!" Amber U said.
"I'm definitely down for that!" replied Amber B.
We were all just talking at our table and Alyssa turned around and then turned back and started looked at us with a shocked face.
"Alyssa, what's wrong with you? You look like you just saw a ghost."
"OH MY GOD GUYS JESSE METCALFE IS RIGHT BEHIND US AT THE BAR!" Alyssa shouted.
We all turned around and sure enough there he was just sitting there with four other very good looking guys.
"What a coincidence, there's five of them and five of us..." Kelsey pointed out.
"oh my god kelsey..." Amber U said.
"so who's going to go talk to them first?" asked Sami.
As we were trying to decide there comes Jesse Metcalfe and his friends up to us.
"Heyy ladies"
We were all in awh and couldn't even talk so he follewed that with "Do you girls want to....."
and as he was just about finish his sentence he was trampled down by a group of girls. The girls would not leave him alone and when he tried to get up he couldn't for some reason...
he had soon discovered that he had broken his leg and could not move. His friends had to quickly pick him up and drag him out to the cat to get him to a hospital.
We went running out to see where they wetn but they were long gone.
"WOW, so we could have party with a group of hot guys and no they are no where to be found." Amber B exclaimed.
"Stupid girls." said Alyssa.
We were definitely not impressed.
We went back to the room and called all of our friends to tell them that we met Jesse Metclafe and how amazing it was.
and NO ONE believed us, no matter how hard we tried to convince them no one believed a word we were saying.
"so pretty much, we met someone famous and it was all a waste, and we couldn't even get a picture with him because of the girls attacking him." said Kelsey.
"This sucks!" Sami yelled.
"Well since no one is going to believe us we might as well just forget about it and have a good time while we're here!" said Amber U.
"Deal!" everyone exclaimed.
So the moral of the story is if you meet someone famous, TAKE A PICTURE or no one will believe you.
The End.

There are many movies and stories that I love but if I had to pick a top five they would be:
1) Grand Torino, it is one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. It is my favourite because the storyline is very good. It is based on gangs and racism and it makes a person think after they watch it. Another thing that I like which many movies lack is how it made me laugh, me me mad and and made me cry, not many movies have that capability. This is why it is a very unique movie.
2) The next thing I would choose is mine and my brother's favourite childhood story which is "Can't you sleep little bear?" My parents would read this story to us every night and I still remember every single detail about it. It brings back many memories of my childhood and how different it is now to be "all grown up".
3) One of my favourite stories since grade nine is Go Ask Alice because it made me feel like I was going through what she was going through, it was like I was part of the book. I had never read a true diary and it was very detailed which made me feel bad for her. Everything was so vivid I just couldn't believe that these things actually happened to her. This book made me relaize how fortunate I am to have such a good life.
4) My favourite book from grade eleven is Someone Like You by Sarah Dessen. No matter how many times I read it I never get sick of it. I think I've read it about four times now. I love this book because I can relate it to my own life. The main character, Scarlett is a sixteen year old girl whose boyfriend and first love dies in A motorcycle accident. This always makes me think about my own life because I don't know what I would do if my boyfriend died at such a young age. I think it would scar me for the rest of my life.
5) My fifth favourite movie is PS. I Love You because like Someone Like You, the main character's first love and husband dies but this is due to cancer. It was very sad but I loved how before he died he wrote letters to his wife that he planned for her mother to start sending to her the day that he died. It is definitely one of my favourite love stories. It also made me think about how I would deal with such a tragic event.

Unbelievable!
You would have never guessed this happened but....
When I was younger I feel down a flight of stairs at the beach and broke both of my legs. I tripped over a pair of shoes and this is what caused me to fall down the stairs. I obviously could not move and was laying there for what seemed like forever. Then a friendly older couple came to my rescue. They tried picking me up but I was shouting and screaming in agony. I have never been in so much pain in my entire life. I could not see very clearly because my glasses had fallen off at some point and I had gotten sand in my eyes. This couple seemed to be very nice and they called an ambulance for me right away. When the ambulance arrived it was not a normal ambulance. It was bright yellow and resembled a mini school bus. The doctors quickly brought me inside the ambulance on a stretcher and I was still in a great deal of pain. They gave me some painkillers to relieve myself a little bit. We arrived to the hospital after about fifteen minutes and it started to rain. Doctors all around me were shielding me with umbrellas until we were safely inside the hospital. They took me immediately to the emergency room and left me there for the doctor. While I was waiting for the doctor a nurse came in to ask me if I wanted anything. She told me there was a McDonald's inside the hospital so I asked her to get me a big mac meal. She left to get the food for me as I waited for the doctor. I was sitting on the edge of my bed in suspense for the doctor to come and help me. He took four hours to come see me AND I never got my McDonald's! and I swear to you, that is exactly how it all went down.

What I would not want to be
If I was an inanimate object I would definitely not want to be a floor, especially the floors of Orchard Park. I would not want to be a floor simply because I do not want to be walked all over. The floors of Orchard Park are extremely dirty and people throw food on them and sit on them and I would not want this to be done to me. Also, people jump on top of and vacuum floors. CAN YOU IMAGINE A RUNNING VACUUM ON TOP OF YOU? I would be so scared. Therefore, this is why I would not want to be a floor.

Something to satisfy my hunger
To be honest I would rather starve than have to eat a book. But if I had to choose these are the books that I would definitely eat.
The first book that I would eat is my favourite book "Someone Like You", by Sarah Dessen. I would eat this book because no matter how many how many times I read it i never get sick of it. I love this book because I can relate to it along with many other teenage girls.
The second book that I would eat is Go Ask Alice. It was also one of my favourite books and it is a truly inspirational story that should be shared with everyone. I would recommend reading it to anyone that hasn't but i'm sure everyone has read it because it is so great.
The third book that I would like to eat is Life of Pi because I did not like anything about this book and I just want to eat it so it is gone and I will never have to see it again. I thought the book dragged on too much and I did not enjoy reading about his religion and the two seperate scenarios just confused me. Even though many people enjoywed this book, I am not a huge fan of it.

The fourth book that I would eat is my great grandmother's cook book because before she died she would make the best treats for my brother and I. To have the opportunity to eat these treats again would make my day. So I would definitely eat my great grandmother's cook book, literally.
The final book that I would like to eat is a children's book called "Can't you sleep little bear?" that my parents used to read to my brother and I. It was always our favourite book and it reminded us of our father reading to us late at night when we couldn't fall asleep because we were afraid of the dark. I would eat this book to bring back the memories of my childhood. It was and still is my favourite book of all time:)

Superwoman
The most vivid memory of my childhood is one day when I was about eight years old my brother and I decided that it would be fun to climb in between the door frames. We would use our arms and legs to climb up the sides of the door frames and decided to climb to the top of them and jump down like superman. So my brother made it to the top and jumped down and I thought I would do the same because we were always competing against each other. So I climbed to the top and jumped down and it definitely did not end well. I ended up breaking my right arm, cutting my lip open and losing three of my teeth. All I remember is my dad running over to me, picking me up and throwing me in the car. We arrived at the hospital on a very busy day. My mother arrived about an hour later and we were waiting to see a doctor for four hours! It was probably the most pain I have ever been in, in my entire life. It seemed like people that arrived after we did were getting in to see a doctor before me. It made absolutely no sense because I was covered in blood and my arm was twisted, but people were walking by me like I was not important at all. I survived and people made fun of me for a long time but it was fun at the time.

My Mini Autobiography
It all started on November 26th 1991 which was the day I was born. I was born at St. Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington and I began my life on Macintosh Drive in Stoney Creek. My parents separated when I was six years old while I was attending Mountainview Elementary School. When I was 9 years old I was forced to change schools and attended Winona Public School because Winona is where my father had moved. Now, I am seventeen years old and I am in grade twelve at Orchard Park Secondary School, my senior year. I am still living on Macintosh Drive with my mother and in Winona with my father. Both of my parents remarried and I not only have my full brother, Colin but I now have four step sisters, three of which are living in Alberta. The other step sister lives with my father and step mother and her name is Jordyn. Both my brother and step sister also attend Orchard Park and they are in grades nine and ten.
I work at Kelsey's restaurant, Kelsey works at Kelsey's!(haha), and I love my job because I love working with and around people. My biggest interest is interacting with people and in University I would like to get into business/events management so I can fulfill my love of working with a large amount of people. My goal is to finish high school on honor roll and to be accepted into Brock or Guelph University. Starting University at only seventeen years old is going to be a huge step for me but I am definitely ready for all the obstacles that come my way.
A tip I have for everyone is live life with no regrets.
